Refund Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the product has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

  • After Shipment/On Return: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. Please note that items returned in non-original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to misuse may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in brand-new condition and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accessories.

Warranty Policy

Woddle Baby products come with a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Woddle Baby will repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards or downloadable software products, are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively or used to refund previous purchases.
